Suzy is the Director of Operations and Finance for Focus Strategies. She joins Focus Strategies with over 20 years of experience providing operations and finance support in areas ranging from Federal contracts to scaling small businesses. Suzy spent over 17 years leading operations for the US Space Command ballistic missile early warning system at the top of the world in Greenland, building infrastructure and systems to support the ongoing operations in a harsh arctic environment, and supporting the science initiatives of NASA Jet Propulsion Lab, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, and the National Science Foundation. Suzy then moved into the private sector building operational systems for a growing business. She has a heart for service and is a leader within community organizations working on food insecurities and support for families navigating pediatric cancer treatment. Suzy holds a Project Management Professional credential from the Project Management Institute and a BA in Business/Organizational Leadership from Rider University.
