Focus Strategies is a national consulting firm dedicated to helping communities reduce homelessness. For more than 20 years, we have used local data and national best practices to support communities and states to house as many people as possible quickly and equitably. We are driven to assist communities in developing equitable, effective, person-centered homelessness response systems, evaluate efforts to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness, and expand housing options and the supply of affordable housing at the lowest income levels.
